The Stablemate Challenge is BACK!!! paint a stablemate without showing it to anyone, hand it to Gay at the show and she will display them. DO NOT ANNOUNCE WHICH HORSE YOU PAINTED, I WILL DISQUALIFY YOU! All entrants are given a token to vote for their favorite and the winner receives a Sunflower Medallion that are only available through me! Then the SMs will be silent auctioned off with the proceeds going toward the Show/Sunflower Model Horse Club! I probably do have some SM bodies and they are $1 each. Everyone that turns in a painted Stablemate will get 5 free raffle tickets!!

INFORMATION FOR MID KANSAS LIVE SHOW

The Show hall is going to be held just down the street from the Rose Room where most of our events happen-The Rose Hill Recreational Center 400 S. Rose Hill Road. The tables are only 6 foot. I only have enough tables for ONE with entrant. YOU ARE WELCOME TO BRING TABLES as there is plenty of room. Show Hall will open up on Friday at 5 if you want to come and set p your horses the night before. The hall will be locked overnight. The show hall will open at 6 am and show starts at 8 am Saturday. There will be a break for lunch around noon for 30 mins to an hour and then resuming the show. Hotel information is listed below, just underneath the judging info. There are several fast food places and restaurants in the area, all only a minute or two from the showhall. MKLS-satin ribbons 1st through 6th, rosettes for divisional champs and sponsors will donate items for the overall champs. Last year, Breyers were prizes along with some awesome trophies handmade by a sponsor.

Wondering about what kinds of goodies there will be at the show? To the right you'll find a link to our donations page, which will list all of the donations sent to us. There will be door prizes, raffles, and a silent auction! Raffle tickets are $1/each, or 6/$5.00--good luck! Also, entrants may feel free to bring models, tack, or other accessories to sell from their table at no extra cost.

Mid-Kansas Live is seeking sponsors for all divisions, you just supply the overall champ and reserve champ awards, can be something you make, something you buy, or new Breyers, whatever you want to do!! One year a sponsor made some awesome trophies out of poker chips and stablemates. Judges will be listed above the divisions they're covering on each classlist page.
